It's Time For You To Flourish, Thrive, And Advance!

You were never meant to just survive your seasons of change, you were made to flourish in them!

Life rarely gives us warning before everything changes. Whether you are facing a storm that threatens to upend your world, a family crisis that has left you reeling, the slow burn of spiritual burnout, or a dark night of the soul you did not see coming, one truth remains constant. God is not surprised, and He is not absent. Drawn from eleven powerful sessions of real, raw, biblical teaching, this ecourse walks you through the most common and most difficult transitions that we face and gives you the spiritual tools to process every one of them with faith instead of fear.

This is not an ecourse about managing change from a safe distance. It's a discovery on how to move through endings into new beginnings, how to protect your life with godly guardrails, how to sing songs of joy in your darkest hour, and how to align your identity and calling with the God who has been writing your story all along. Whether you are leading others or finding your own footing, this ecourse will meet you exactly where you are and move you toward exactly where God is taking you

Your transition is not the end of your story. In the hands of God it is always the beginning of something greater.

Here’s What’s Inside

01: Surviving Stormy Transitions

In this first session, Josh Laxton opens with a powerful question — what do you do when a storm threatens to end something in your life? Drawing from the disciples' terrifying encounter with the storm on the Sea of Galilee, Josh reveals four life-anchoring truths: Jesus is Lord before the storm, in the storm, over the storm, and after the storm. Grounded in Scripture and filled with hope, this is the message you need before the next storm arrives — or while you're already in the middle of one.

02: Family Transitions

In session two, Josh unpacks four powerful truths about how God meets us in our messes: He doesn't always remove the mess, but He will show up right in the middle of it. Whether you're navigating a difficult marriage, a broken family, feelings of rejection, or a season where nothing seems to be working no matter how hard you try, this session will gently redirect your heart toward the only One who can bring calm, comfort, and ultimately a masterpiece out of your mess.

03: Preventing Bad Transitions

In this third session, Josh takes an honest look at one of the Bible's most sobering stories: King David, a man after God's own heart, whose life went dangerously off the rails because he had no guardrails in place. Josh maps out practical, Scripture-rooted guardrails that can keep you from the kind of catastrophic transitions nobody plans for but everyone is susceptible to. This session isn't about judgment but prevention!

04: Transitions And Burnout

In session four, Josh shares about the life of Elijah and identifies the signs that life has been sucked out of you — fear, withdrawal, isolation, depression — and then walks through five grace-filled steps to letting God breathe life back in: rest and eat, gain a higher perspective, be honest about where you really are, listen for God's gentle whisper, and find community. If you're running on empty, hiding in a cave, or quietly whispering "I've had enough, Lord" — this session was made for you.

05: Transitions And Wilderness Experiences

In session five, Josh uncovers five saboteurs that stopped Israel in its tracks and kept an entire generation wandering in the wilderness: freezing fear, faulty focus, atrocious attitudes, treasonous tactics, and burdensome baggage. Whether you're navigating a personal crossroads or leading an organization, this session delivers an honest and convicting look at what keeps people from crossing over into everything God has prepared for them.

06: Processing The Dark Nights

In session six, Josh teaches from Acts 16, where Paul and Silas sang hymns from a prison cell and an earthquake shook the doors open and reveals why the Christian response to a dark night isn't to "why" it to death, blame-shift, or give in to the darkness — but to hope it, praise it, and sing through it. Because when you choose a song of great light in the middle of your darkest night, you won't just survive — you might just set someone else free.

07: Questions Sufferers Ask

In session seven, Josh walks into the raw grief of Mary, Martha, and Lazarus and gives voice to the three questions every sufferer eventually asks: I'm in need — can you help? I'm mad — where were you? I'm hurt — do you even care? With pastoral honesty and theological depth, Josh shows why Jesus doesn't condemn our questions, dodge our anger, or minimize our grief — but instead steps straight into it, weeps with us, and ultimately calls the dead back to life.

08: Faith In Crisis

In session eight, Josh takes an unflinching look at the night Peter went from sword-wielding courage in the garden to three denials by a courtyard fire, and reveals why the collapse of his faith had everything to do with misplaced expectations about who Jesus was supposed to be. With remarkable pastoral honesty, Josh walks through what a crisis of faith actually looks like — the destroying, deserting, doubting, and denying — and then shows the only path through it: returning to the ABCs of Christian faith.

09: Transitions Amidst The Seasons Of Life

In this ninth session, Josh shares how whether you're a young person straining toward a future you can't quite see, someone in the exhausting middle wondering how you got here, or someone staring down an epic failure that feels like the final word, this session is a deeply personal and biblically grounded reminder that your Father defines you, your failures don't bury you, and the story He's been writing all along is far better than the one you'd write for yourself.

10: Transitioning Home

In session ten, Josh shares about how God's love heals what hurt has broken. Whether you're the prodigal who's been in a far country, the older brother who's been faithfully resentful, or someone in desperate need of both giving and receiving forgiveness, Josh will challenge you with this one penetrating question: are you the one who needs to receive the Father's love right now, or are you the one being called to release it?

11: Transition Church: Ready Or Not

In this final session, Josh maps out what God's people are not called to do (mourn the past, withdraw, retaliate, or assimilate) and lays out a compelling vision for how the church is called to live: as a faithfully distinct, missionally engaged, city-blessing, gospel-proclaiming people who are patiently pointing a watching world toward eternity. This isn't a session about cultural anxiety — it's a call to courageous, kingdom-rooted presence.
